Please complete the following questions and provide evidence to support your responses.

Important notes:

Question 2 (School Disadvantage): This question also applies to students enrolled in distance education. The student's school must have an ICSEA percentile of 50 or below. Please include a screenshot of the school's ICSEA percentile as displayed on www.myschool.edu.au.

Question 4 (Specialist Mathematics): For students in New South Wales, we accept Mathematics Extension 1 in both Years 11 and 12. For students in Tasmania, we accept Mathematics Methods 4 in Year 11 and Mathematics Specialised in Year 12.

Question 6 (Residency): Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a visa that allows them to reside in Australia for the entire scholarship period (2027-2028).
