Question 2 (School Disadvantage): This question also applies to students enrolled in distance education. The student's school must have an ICSEA percentile of 50 or below. Please include a screenshot of the school's ICSEA percentile as displayed on www.myschool.edu.au.

Question 4 (Specialist Mathematics): For students in New South Wales, we accept Mathematics Extension 1 in both Years 11 and 12. For students in Tasmania, we accept Mathematics Methods 4 in Year 11 and Mathematics Specialised in Year 12.

Question 6 (Residency): Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a visa that allows them to reside in Australia for the entire scholarship period (2027-2028).

Please include the student's name in each file name and combine supporting documents into a single file per upload per section.

You will be asked to upload the following files:

1. Sections 1 & 2: Student and School Details (Questions 2-6)

 Upload one file containing all supporting evidence for Questions 2-6.

2. Section 3: Student Disadvantage Evidence (Questions 7-10)

 Upload one file containing all supporting evidence for Questions 7-10.

3. Section 4: Student Statement

 Upload one file containing the student's statement.

4. Section 4: School and/or Mathematics Teacher Letter of Support

 Upload one file containing the School and/or Mathematics Teacher Letter of Support.

Total uploads required: 4 files.

Please tell us about the student, including their mathematical ability, achievements, and potential. Where relevant, describe any disadvantages experienced by the student or school, such as limited access to mathematics subjects, out-of-field mathematics teaching, or the inability to offer Specialist Mathematics (or the equivalent subjects in NSW and Tasmania).
